Data we collect

When you create an account

• Email address
• Password (encrypted)
• Account creation date and time

When you use the service

• ASINs of the Amazon products you scan
• Generated landing page content (titles, copy, images)
• Customization settings (colors, fonts, tracking pixels)
• Performance statistics of your landing pages (views, clicks, conversion rate)
• Email addresses captured through your landing pages (which you own 100%)

Payment data

• Billing information (name, address)
• Payment history

Banking data is processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). We NEVER store your banking details.

Technical data

• IP address
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent
• Cookie data (see Cookies section)

How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Generate your landing pages automatically using AI
• Provide performance statistics for your landing pages
• Process your payments via Stripe
• Send important service notifications (account confirmation, payment reminders)
• Improve the service and develop new features
• Ensure platform security (fraud detection, abuse prevention)
• Comply with our legal obligations

We NEVER sell your data to third parties. We do not use it to send you unsolicited advertising.

Legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract: providing the Landia service

Data sharing

Your data may be shared with the following processors:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU infrastructure)
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS certified)
• Vercel — web hosting and global CDN
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation (anonymized data only)

These providers are contractually required to keep your data confidential and to use it only for the purposes we share it for.

We NEVER share your data with Amazon. The ASINs you scan are not transmitted to Amazon or to any third party.

Retention period

• Active account: data retained for the duration of your subscription
• Deleted account: data deleted within 30 days (except legal accounting obligations: 10 years)
• Captured emails: retained indefinitely (you own them) or until you delete them
• Technical logs: maximum 12 months

Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to portability — retrieve your data in a structured format (CSV, JSON)
• Right to object — object to the processing of your data

Data security

We implement the following measures:

• Supabase infrastructure with multi-factor authentication
• Automatic daily backups
• Data access restricted to authorized personnel
• Security monitoring and logs

In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with the GDPR.

International transfers

Your data is primarily stored in the European Union (Supabase EU infrastructure).

Some sub-processors may operate outside the EU (e.g., Vercel in the USA). In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).

Protection of minors

Landia is intended for professionals and entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 16. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email. The current version is always available on this page with the "last updated" date.
