1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between LAND IA, a landing page creation platform for Amazon sellers, and its customers (hereinafter "the Customer" or "the User").
2. Services offered
LAND IA provides a SaaS service for creating optimized landing pages for products sold on Amazon. Services include:
- Automatic AI-powered landing page generation
- Visual builder for customization
- Landing page hosting
- Performance analytics
- Technical support
3. Pricing and payment
3.1 Pricing plans
- Free Plan: €0/month - 1 landing page with watermark
- Pro Plan: €29/month - Unlimited landings, analytics, pixels
- Enterprise Plan: €99/month - Everything in Pro + white-label, priority support
3.2 Payment terms
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
4. Term and cancellation
The subscription is for an indefinite term. The Customer may cancel at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
5. Intellectual property
The Customer retains full ownership of content (images, text) they upload to the platform. LAND IA retains ownership of its source code, design, and features.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
LAND IA is committed to providing a quality service but does not guarantee an increase in the Customer's sales. LAND IA cannot be held liable for content created by the Customer.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
