Terms of Sale and Use

• "Service": Land IA platform for generating landing pages for Amazon products
• "User": Any person using the Service
• "Subscription": Monthly subscription to the paid plan of the Service
• "Landing Page": Web page automatically generated by AI from an Amazon ASIN
• "ASIN": Amazon Standard Identification Number (unique identifier for an Amazon product)

Land IA is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that enables Amazon sellers to:

• Automatically generate optimized landing pages from an ASIN
• Customize design and content via a visual builder
• Integrate tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Capture emails via forms
• View performance statistics (views, clicks, conversions)

Using the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization

You are solely responsible for all activity performed from your account.

Free trial: 14 days with no commitment. No credit card required to start the trial.

Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). For businesses outside the EU, VAT may not apply depending on local legislation.

SFAL Corp reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. New prices will apply to new subscriptions. Existing users will be notified 30 days before any price change.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PCI-DSS certified. We never store your banking details.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• SEPA (European direct debit)

The subscription is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of your subscription, unless cancelled beforehand.

In the event of a failed payment, your access to the Service will be suspended until resolved. After 15 days without resolution, your account may be deleted.

You may cancel your subscription at any timefrom your dashboard or by contacting contact@landia.space.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No prorated refund is provided for the current month.

After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. Your landing pages will remain online for an additional 30 days, then will be archived.

Right of withdrawal (14 days): In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days to withdraw without justification. After this period, no refund will be issued except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to bypass the Service's security measures
• Mass extract data (scraping) without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent from SFAL Corp
• Use the Service to generate spam or abusive campaigns

In the event of a violation of these rules, SFAL Corp reserves the right to suspend or delete your account immediately, without refund.

The Service, its source code, its design, and all elements that compose it are the exclusive property of SFAL Corp and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your landing pages: You retain full ownership of the landing pages you create and the emails you capture. SFAL Corp has no rights to your content.

Amazon data: Titles, images, and descriptions extracted from Amazon remain the property of Amazon and their respective sellers. You agree to use this data in accordance with Amazon's terms of use.

SFAL Corp and Land IA are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, approved by, or in any way officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

SFAL Corp does NOT guarantee that use of Land IA complies with Amazon's terms of use or that your Amazon seller account will remain active.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that:

• Your landing pages comply with Amazon policies
• You do not violate Amazon's or third parties' intellectual property rights
• Your external advertising campaigns comply with Amazon rules
• You have the necessary rights to use your product images and text

In the event of suspension or banning of your Amazon account, SFAL Corp disclaims all liability and no refund will be issued.

SFAL Corp strives to keep the Service accessible 24/7. However, we do not guarantee total availability and may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

Target uptime: 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance).

In the event of prolonged interruption (more than 48 hours), you may request a prorated refund for the downtime.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SFAL Corp cannot be held liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Actions taken by Amazon following the use of landing pages
• Performance of your external advertising campaigns
• Conversion rates or commercial results obtained
• Bugs, errors, or Service interruptions
• Loss or corruption of your data (we recommend regular backups)

In any event, SFAL Corp's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you over the last 12 months.

SFAL Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any substantial change takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you refuse the new terms, you may cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law.

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at contact@landia.space to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement within 60 days, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Estonia.
